This app needs its Firebase keys before the circle can use it. Open the file and replace the FIREBASE_CONFIG block near the top of the script with your project's config, then set your cadre codes. The setup guide walks through every step.

What the circle sees: how many brothers kept watch, returns you choose to name, and burdens you choose to share. Your pledge items and daily detail stay yours. Your shepherd sees only your count of completed days — never the items themselves.
